I'm  always start with rough lines on a piece of  paper then scan it, and clean it up in Photoshop, I currently use a Wacom Cintiq draw lines and colors directly on the screen.

I love sharks especially a hammerhead shark, because his head is unique its looks like futuristic car ( BMW in 2054).
